About AU Design.It
AU Design.It was established by Anna Usti in 2023, backed by 17 years of experience in managing complex projects.
As a child, she spent time in Jiguli mountains 'zapovednik', a protected area which is kept 'forever wild'.
The passion for design rang in early - drawing 'floor plans' of imaginary houses on the ground in her yard was a game she invented when she was only six. The obsession with interiors continued to this day. Today, AUdesign.It offers a range of interior architecture and design services along with curated art services. In Anna's words:

We believe that the true luxury should be functional, be it how the sound travels through the room or how the light hits the painting, how the colour of the room changes through the year and through the day - no detail is too small. This is true luxury.'

Our Process
The process starts with our Onboarding Questionnaire and initial consultation, followed by 8 Phases:
Phase 1
During this initial phase, our team visits the property to take detailed measurements and assess the existing conditions.
Phase 2
Preliminary layouts, providing a visual representation of the aesthetic direction and layout possibilities for your space. Concept approval.
Phase 3
After the concept approval, we dive deeper into the details. Finalising layouts, choosing materials, furnishings and fixtures, and rendering detailed visuals.
Phase 4
Comprehensive design documents for construction. Detailed drawings, elevations, finish schedules etc.
Phase 5
Construction begins. We work with contractors, making regular site visits to ensure the alignment with the design intent.
Phase 6
We manage the installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment. Every piece is meticulously placed according to the design plan.
Phase 7
The final phase walkthrough to ensure every detail is perfect. We help get any defects rectified.
Phase 8
The hand over of your transformed space for you to enjoy.

An exciting development of a luxury Airbnb property. The vision of creating a home away meant comfort, functionality and using the finest, but durable materials. We have used fine Italian leather, oak, real marble. It was important for the client to build the space that feels spacious yet cozy and harmonious, something that any guest can relax into. We used a dramatic marble piece to accent the fire place - the size of the entire wall - which instantly created a luxurious space whilst double performing as an art and focal point.
We used mirrors to 'open' the space and create zones at the same time. The bespoke shelves with ambient hidden lighting create a functional reading and resting zone, whilst the fireplace creates a more intimate separate zone away from the TV area. The wooden oak floors complement the design throughout the house. The lighting design will perform as a mood creating feature throughout the property as London is not famous for its sunny days.

An exciting development of a luxury Airbnb property. The vision of creating a home away meant comfort, functionality and using the finest, but durable materials. We have used fine Italian leather, oak, real marble. It was important for the client to build the space that feels spacious yet cozy and harmonious, something that any guest can relax into. We used a dramatic marble piece to accent the fire place - the size of the entire wall - which instantly created a luxurious space whilst double performing as an art and focal point.
